For United States Online Orders:

We are excited about our Baberoo products and want to make sure you love your Baberoo purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Baberoo product, we’ll gladly take it back in its original packaging and unused condition with the receipt within 30 days of shipment arrival.

Return Instructions:

Email customerservice@baberoo.net with proof of purchase, description of issue.
Baberoo will reply to your email with RMA number and return shipping address.
Package your return products with RMA number clearly labeled on box. We will only accept returns in their original packaging, unused products with original UPC labels.

Baberoo does not cover return shipping costs. We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt. Baberoo is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once we’ve inspected your return and determined it to be in its original, unworn condition and within 30 day return period, we will issue your refund. Your refund should appear in your account’s next billing cycle.
